The breakfast was very good.Close to train station, palace plus much more. Staff were very friendly.Due to location of hotel I would recommend it as somewhere to stay but only for a couple of nights due to reasons provided

The breakfast is indeed very good. I missed some cake options though. Good variety overall anyway, with nice cheese, yogurt, bread and juice variety! The hotel is a 5 min walk from the central station and the Opera. There is absolutely everything near, such as markets, cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and the city centre.

The staff here were so great and also let us check in slightly earlier. The rooms were basic, but we anyway were in town to explore and not be cooped up inside. Breakfast was fantastic and offered many options. Water pressure was really good.

Fabulous location just a few minutes walk from the train station. Rooms were basic but modern and comfortable. The lounge area downstairs was very cozy and had a Table tennis table which my son absolutely loved. Breakfast was good. They gave us a late check-out and stored our bags for us after that. Very friendly and helpful staff that helped us figure out the public transport tickets.

We arrived after midnight, checkin was with bartender who was very helpful. We had used Porter Services to move luggage from Bergen to Oslo as we were doing "Norway in Nutshell" tour. Our luggage was secure in locked area which bartender got for us. We were directed to a room which turned out not to have been cleaned from last guest. Bartender gave us a different room which overlooked street. Was nice an quiet as we needed sleep from traveling since early previous morning. Breakfast was a large variety. Hotel was a few blocks from train station which we wanted as needed to catch train with our luggage to airport and did not want to haul luggage across town.

Great location! We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and had a minimalist, clean design—plus, no carpets! The hotel offers a convenient self-check-in system where you swipe your own room keys. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the train station and the main street. The hotel also has an amazing breakfast buffet and a 24-hour kiosk offering smoothies, drinks, sandwiches, and snacks. The bar and reception are staffed 24/7, which is a nice touch. During our stay, we had an issue with the heating, which stopped working halfway through our visit. However, the staff was very responsive and, although they couldn't fix the problem, they provided us with portable heaters to ensure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very comfortable place to stay and only a few minutes' walk from the train station; in the other direction the waterfront, Opera House etc. are also very near and can be seen from a small but perfectly positioned balcony on the 8th floor. The first time I stayed my room was upgraded to one on the 7th floor with a similar view without me asking. The breakfast buffet is incredible, every option you could imagine and then some. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and have no problem with guests ordering in takeaway food in the evening.

The room is larger than expected. We stayed in the room for 3 people. The breakfast crew was excellent. Especially the Thai lady. She was very friendly and provide excellent service.

The highlights of this stay was the excellent breakfast (it was extensive with a wonderful range, staff were also very proactive with replacing breakfast items). The gym was large with an excellent variety including free weights and cross training cardio equipment. Room was a decent size and was value for money noting how close it is to station and Munch museum, both only minutes away. Water front dining area just 12 mins away, with a range of very good restaurants within minutes.
